How can I create a question that validates the answer as a US phone number?
1. Login
2. Click Xtras
3. Click Special Field Validation
4. Click the New Field Validation Parameter button
5. Select the Question to be Applied to
6. Select U.S. Phone Number Validation for the validation type
7. Follow further on-screen instructions
