My form is set at 950px wide but on transferringthe code and pasting it into the page cel lit busts out to about 1100 pixesl wide..any advice?

is the code corrupting on cut and paste from mycontact ...

Is there any chance that you can offer a date selector that is NOT US date centric? For England and Rest of World? US system is Month/Day/Year while ROW is Date/Month/Year. Most confusing to our passe ...
