I would like to request a full refund from mycontactform.com I have posted numerous questions/concerns with your product and have not received any answers or help. I paid through PayPal the amount of $29.99 USD. The transaction ID was: 9R275261FV878263G. It is under the email address of: anne@passionatelife.ca - Anne Bercht.

Hopefully I hear a response from you in this regard.
