I am trying to change my account email address (which is displayed on the confirmation email to customers), but my confirmation code is not recognised with my username? |

Double check to make sure that the address hasn't already been confirmed.
This can be done under the 'My User Information' portion of the control panel.

No it hasn't been confirmed.
The original address is still active. |

Let me confirm that you have done the following:
1. Login to your myContactForm.com Account
2. Click 'My User Information'
Is the email address listed under your account information with a link to enter a confirmation code next to it? If not, click the button to add a new email address. If it does have the link to enter a confirmation code, click this and enter your code. If this still doesn't work, delete the unconfirmed address and then re-add it and trying entering the newly generated confirmation code. Once you have the email address associated with your account, you will need to change the email address that the autoresponder is configured to send from. To do this:
1. Login to myContactForm.com
2. Click 'Edit' next to your form's name
3. Click 'Autoresponder'
4. Follow on-screen instructions
