Hi,
Thanks for your great service.
My web site has 200,000+ web pages and I won't a very small form on the top of each page. This is to collect email addresses because I'm tired of our horrible email list management company. However, if memory serves me right, your contact form will only work if I give you the exact url that it's on. How can I make a form work on every page? I have php includes, so it'll be very easy to put it on every page.
Your prompt response will be greatly appreciated. Our list slowly grows every day, so I need an immediately solution.
