I was wondering if there was a way to build a form that would update itself in real-time to show that who registered and for what after they do so.

For example, I am running an event where everyone gets five minutes to speak. I want to make a form where users can sign up for available time slots, and after they sign up, new users will see what time slots are taken and by whom and which time slots are still available.

How can I do that?
