Hi there. We recently edited our forms to not include blank fields when it sends results via email. This works great for our order forms so dealers aren't having to scan the email to see which products are needed. However we noticed when exporting the data now any fields left blank are no longer populated in the excel document. So if someone leaves a field blank the next inputted field is pushed back to the last blank field. For example, if there is a form that requests name, phone, email and address and the customer leaves the phone field blank the email is populating under the phone column in the excel document. For a simple form such as my example this problem is easily remedied but with our order forms, the qty's of products ordered are no longer aligning with the ordered product itself which is a problem.
I am trying to see if there is a work around for this. Something that allows the email to be sent without populating the blank fields but still allows the blank fields to be populated when exporting to excel.
Thank you for your help |

Unfortunately, there isn't a fix for this at the current time. I will add it to our list of updates for the first part of 2014.
