I am the head of a newly formed church camp alumni group. Our first order of business is to create a form to collect info on and create a list of camp alumni. Thought MyContactForm would suit our needs perfectly! I signed up for a free site, and we intend to purchase the premium account. However, when I read the TOS, it seemed to say that only the person who signed up for the service can use it. I am one of the originators of the group, but it is very much a group effort. Is there any way for the other members of my group or the camp manager to be allowed to have access? It said you can't even tell anybody your password. This is something I will mostly be in charge of, but certain situations may arise when the co-chair or manager will need to have access. It's a volunteer organization and I plan to be involved for many years, but you never know what will happen, so I don't want someone new to have to start all over if something prevents me from continuing in a leadership role for the group.
Also, I do not maintain the camp website where we will probably provide links to the forms. The TOS also says that your forms must go on your own website. I do have a web site, but it's about my book writing and has nothing to do with the camp.
Please advise! We really want to go with MyContactForm, but we also want to follow its TOS.
