I am receiving the error message:
"There is an error with the identifying credentials for the form you are trying to submit. If you are the owner of this form you need to make sure to paste the html for the form exactly as it has been provided."
I have read all the other posts about similar problems with submitting forms. I have changed the location to the exact URL, left the location blank, put an asterisk after the website name, etc. etc. I got the form to submit once today, but the next time I tried, the error came back. I have used my mobile phone, an IPad and two separate computers with this but the error persists.
The location is supposed to be http://www.sandbergtax.com/apptsubmit
Any further help beyond what is in the posts would be sincerely appreciated. |

The correct location ID is http://www.sandbergtax.com/apptsubmit.html

I'm getting a form location error when I submit. Try entering, the following URL into the form location setting as well:
http://www.sandbergtax.bizland.com
Also, you can leave this setting blank to bypass it.
