With regard to this ongoing issue. We are not stupid. No matter what the auto error message is saying as far as using the url they suggest it still does not fix the problem. "
This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as "whatever you put there"
I can change the url from here to kingdom come and sometimes your suggestions work and sometimes not.
So here is the current issue. My form at http://clubcadillac.net/registration
At first I made it specific http://clubcadillac.net/registration/index.html but that didn't work and got the location error message. Then I saw your reply to someone else, as to delete the location field altogether but that didn't work, and then I saw you said just use the root domain name http://clubcadillac.net but that didn't work, then I used your advice as to add a "*" after the domain name and that didn't work so now I use the location as http://clubcadillac.net/registration which works on a computer browser but not on an IPhone. Is this system that unreliable. For a paid for service I'd like decent customer and tech support service. We are all obviously using these forms for critical personal or business applications and the time spent trying to guess what to do is rediculous. So. which is it? Use the exact URL location of where I've embedded the html of the form or just the main URL oir just the folder URL where the file is? and then I see somewhere you said to set the security setting but I so not see a security setting. So what is the URL location supposed to be for this for to work at http://clubcadillac.net/registration/index.html As of this moment I have it set as http://clubcadillac.net/registration but it does not work on our phones. Pleae advise. |

Good Afternoon,
As we have suggested in previous posts, I went into your form control panel and edited the form "CLUBCADILLAC". I went into the basic form information panel and completely deleted out the form location setting.
I tested the form before doing this (received an error message) and after on both a PC (Chrome) and iPhone. On both platforms, the form is now sending without error.

One last question. In my manager it is asking me to update the HTML. If you already did that I do not want to do it again. I will test and thank you once again for your attention to our matter. So to confirm. In the future just leave http:// in the form location field and no actual URL, correct? thanks again. Neil |

Just blank out the setting all together. No need to input http://. When you go back to the setting page it will add it, delete it out.
Also, no need to update the HTML.
