I can't log in. I asked for a new password, but the new password doesn't work either. Please help... this is very very serious

Hi,

I am not seeing any issues on our end that would be preventing you from logging in. Please do the following:

1. Go to: http://www.mycontactform.com/lostpass.php
2. Type in your username and press Generate New Password
3. Forward the e-mail our system sends you to info@mycontactform.com.

I'll do some further diagnosis from there.

To all who might read this in search of a solution to their own similar problem...

I just did as Nick asked, looked into things a bit deeper on my end and found out that the security level was set a bit too high on my browser for the mycontacform website.

When I dropped it down to medium, everything worked ok.

I probably just need to put their website address into the trusted sites area of my browser (IE 5.5)
