I have added one email address to the original and the programme is asking me for a confirmation code. Does this mean that someone at the other end of the new email has to fill in this code - or can I?
What is the confirmation code and where would I find it?

The confirmation code is sent within an email to the email address you are trying to add. This is how the email address is validated. If you are not receiving the confirmation code, please read the following FAQ:
