when my form prints-the form/page is without lines, borders etc.?? Just one line after another of info. Is there something I can do to correct this??
I would like for the form when printed, to look like the form or close to it.

This is a limitation of the web browser you are using and/or your specific print setting. Most web browsers/printers should display the form fields correctly.
