Hi! i tried the form i created and i receive this error everytime i submit . I am putting my email add, different email add but still have this error...
Error!

We're sorry but the e-mail address you entered does not appear to be valid. Please push the back button on your browser and enter a valid e-mail address.

PLS HELP!

The problem is that you have altered the names of the fields on your form. You need to re-copy and paste the html to your site and ensure that you do not alter the names of the individual fields. Sometimes html editors will do this on there own, you need to be careful and watch out for this.
