I have 6 or 7 forms setup fine but the last one will not let me add another send to email... so I can't complete the form for a new website project -- holding things up..
pls help

Where is the problem occurring? Are you not receiving a confirmation email? If that is the case, it is being intercepted by your spam filters. Please read the following FAQ:
