Hi,

My single check box answers are getting errors after the form is submitted, saying that I need to go back and answer those questions. All of the boxes are checked though, any clue as to why these boxes don't seem to be registering? I tried using a different field method, but still got the same response. It is on the last 3rd of the questionaire... the rest of the questions seem to be okay.

Please try the following:

1. Delete the questions from the administrator panel which are causing the error and then re-add them. Re-copy and paste fresh HTML to your website.

2. If this doesn't work, try recreating the form from scratch.
