Hi there.

I wonder if anyone can help?

I am wondering if there is a pop up form that when I press an icon on our website it pop's up on the same page for the customer to fill out? I've seen them on other websites.

You would need a bit of external javascript to do this. There are a ton of free javascript popups that a simple Google search would find. The basic procedure is something like this.

1. Use myContactForm.com to create a new form. Place this form on a fresh HTML page within your website and upload it to your server. Note the URL of the form.

2. Download some javascript with a button to the page you would like to use to trigger the popup. In configuring the popup, you would set the popup location to the url of the form created in #1.
