But I never received the activation email

I have added all 3 to my whitelist info@mycontactform.com and anonymous@mycontactform.com and mycontactform.com. It's done correctly because I called my hoster, godaddy.com and he guided me thru the processs.

I have tried mulitiple times sending it and even tried the Resend your confirmation e-mail by Clicking Here button on your site. it then asks me for my user name which i type in as deanifer and then this message pops up. The username deanifer has not been submitted for membership.
So I am at wits end trying to figure this out.

I have one address set up but its my personal email, I need to have the company email set up correctly.

is there anyway you can send me a conformation code??? I really need to get this up and running.

Good Day,

The 'Click Here' link you are following is for new account confirmations, not adding email addresses to your account.

Please read the following FAQ:

Also, resend the confirmation by logging in, clicking 'My User Information', clicking 'Delete' next to the email your are trying to add, and then re-adding it (this will resend a new confirmation email).
