Hi there -
I have updated my form and copy/pasted the html and published my site with the new html (because consumers were reporting receiving an error on the form when submitted). Every time I try to fill out and submit the form myself , it gives me the error message "this form is not being sent to the url where it is supposed to be located. Location has been changed/updated 3 times and it still isn't working. please advise.
