radio button option not showing up in sent form

i have 2 radio buttons

Attend
Will Not Attend

i also have a drop down menu to choose the number of people attending.

neither the attend nor will not attend option is showing up as checked when i receive the form - i have tested both.

the number in the drop down menu IS showing up however. so i have no way of knowing if it's a YES or NO rsvp!

any ideas please?

Delete the radio button question from the administration panel, and then re-add it. Once you've done this, update the HTML on your website with the new form code. This should hopefully fix the problem. If it does not, post the URL of the form and I'll check it out.
