Newbie here. Developing a form for a client - have set up their account and installed the HTML code on their site. In testing it, it works very well. Except for one person who submitted the form and did not receive the autoresponse. Have tried it with about six other submissions and all received the autoresponse.
The person has an msn.com email. He has whitelisted the accounts recommended on you FAQ page. I have checked and the autoresponse email does not seem to have any words that usually trip spam filters.
Do you know the rating that msn assigns to your company (server) as part of their spam filter system?
Is there anything else I could do to ensure that the autoresponse is blocked as seldom as possible? |

Unfortunately, this is up to the incoming email provider. There are millions of email address providers and we cannot monitor each one. The majority of emails will get through, but like all email, there is always a possibility that someone's spam filter will mistakenly block a response. We do our best to structure the emails in a way that makes this rare.

Thanks, Nick. That is what I told the client, too. Mary |
