We did find it quite useful to be able to archive or move messages to another folder. Looks like that option has been eliminated. Having that option allowed us to stage our replies and maintain an active completed database for export. Do you have a suggestion for replacing the "move" option to another folder ?

While this is something we will likely bring back in the future, it isn't in the works at the current time. Your best bet is to use the date range function when exporting messages to only download records since the previous update.
