I am receiving the form, but everything is jumbled and in one giant paragraph.
The question might not have its answer for three lines down the paragraph so it is hard to follow and your not sure on yes and no questions which one is for which question.
I can email to tech support if needed.

They don't have that in my emailed forms?
I did make the adjustment so forms will be emailed as a PDF file now, will that fix the problem?

Try changing the format of the emails to text. This is found under Edit > Basic Form Information.
What software are you using to check the messages?

I use Outlook, but it has always worked fine until recently
Will PDF switch help? |

Try switching the format to HTML. The PDF should be readable, but doesn't really solve the initial problem. You might try using a new version of the email client, or using an email client such as Thunderbird (which is free).
