i would like to know please how to create options form as dsiplayed on your website as i am constructing a e-commerce website in Joomla 1.5.26.The has to allow the future client whether he wants to buy a 6pack,12pack,18pack,24pack,30pack box of wine.please assist me as i been struggling for weeks get this right.can I use html code to create this drop down box
form.

This is fairly easily created during the form wizard. Simply choose either the drop down or radio button question type. Choose 5 options for the question and then define each as the quantity (6,12,18,24,30).
