I am trying to get this dam form to work and keep getting this error wrong address ??
im not to sure where t and what address to put in...
Error!
This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as http://www.mycontactform.com/panel/previewform.php?formid=26858&accesscode=28f819c97fbc. You had it specified as being http://cartoon-killers.50megs.com/page23.html. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location.

Do exactly as the error message says. The form will not work until you copy it to your website. I checked out:
http://cartoon-killers.50megs.com/page23.html
and it appears to be working.

When you say copy it to your web site ! what do you mean ? do you mean put it in your web page and then upload or do you mean put it in a file and upload it as a stand alone on web host..??
when ppl fill out form they get a blank page and file canot be found

You need to copy the code to page23.html and then upload the file to make it live. If you are getting a 404 error once the form is submitted it is because you have not properly setup the redirect for the form.
