[Two Spirit]

Every time I create my Contact Form using the wizard, I get two boxes for the email address and both are required to be filled in.
I have no idea what is causing this as I only have selected 3 questions:
Name
Email Address
Message
Could it be that the wizard us inserting an Email Box as a default?

All forms by default have the email address field already added and it is mandatory on all forms. You may delete the second one by:

1. Click 'edit' on the 'Form Management' panel.
2. Click 'Form Questions (Add, Edit or Delete)'
3. Click 'Delete' next to the e-mail field you added.

That should do the trick.
