When I receive submissions on my forms and the user clicks check boxes say for availability Monday, Tuesday, etc. The data shows a bunch of numbers instead of the day of the week or time of the day which we need for scheduling. Anyone know how to fix this? Shocked

Delete the question and then recreate. If that doesn't work, you may need to rebuild the form.
