We are not receiving forms to out outlook e-mail. Several people on our side have worked on the issue. They want your i-frame info. Thanks so much.

There is no 'iframe issue'. We provide HTML that can be inputted directly into your web site.

If you're having email delivery issues, please read the following as it pertains to spam filters:
