I recently created 14 new forms and I’m having a similar problem with each one of them. For each one, form submittal is set to go to our support mailbox. When I fill out a form and submit it from my desktop (using Outlook) it is properly sent to our support inbox. When my business partner completes the same form and submits it on his computer it does not get to our support inbox. He too uses Outlook. I see that both forms have been submitted and received by you when I check the Message Center – so all is good to that point. Why would the one I submit go through properly (get to our Support Inbox) and the other one not get there if they are both going to the same inbox? Please let me know if you have a solution or something else we can try. |
