I got the submit email but under 'Your name' date get encrypt mode, Here is the submit form data :

This issue get lots of submitted form. Why i get this issue. Please help me out...

Please delete the question 'Your Name' in the admin panel and then recreate it and update the HTML code on your site. If this doesn't work, please recreate the form.
