Customers are not receiving an email response. Box is checked and Subject and response are filled in. Also the redirect page is bigger, doesn't fit. Any solutions?

The auto responses are being sent; it is likely a spam filtering issue.

In terms of layout, I can't see the actual page you're referencing, but I would guess it is a page layout issue, or perhaps you're using frames and the redirect is opening in a frame. Is that is the case, you can add the target="_parent" parameter to the opening form tag to break out of the frame set.

Changed email and works now thanks.
Adding the target didn't work. Below is the website, fill it in and you will see it.
