				| Customers are not receiving an email response. Box is checked and Subject and response are filled in. Also the redirect page is bigger, doesn't fit. Any solutions? Thanks

				| The auto responses are being sent; it is likely a spam filtering issue. 
 In terms of layout, I can't see the actual page you're referencing, but I would guess it is a page layout issue, or perhaps you're using frames and the redirect is opening in a frame. Is that is the case, you can add the target="_parent" parameter to the opening form tag to break out of the frame set.

				| Changed email and works now thanks. Adding the target didn't work. Below is the website, fill it in and you will see it.
