Form name: HB&B Enrollment Form 6 classes

This form has worked flawlessly (THANK YOU!) for years but today I discover the drop down menu for class selection isn't working.

The code look good, but I think there is something happening with the code around the form that is causing a problem. It looks like perhaps it has something to do with one of the DIV tags around the form. It is hard to really tell without really digging into the code around the form and removing elements to try and selectively determine what is causing the issue.

I'd try recopying and pasting the code to your site first and see if it is resolved. If not, I'd start digging into the code around the form to determine what the issue is.
