I have the phone number as a required field.

When I hit submit, I get an error "we're sorry but you did not fill out all the required fields. please push the back button on your browser and fill out all of the required fields: phone number"

But I DID fill our the phone number field. WHY?

Good Day,

I'd try a few things.

1. Recopy and paste the code to your site. If something got inadvertidly changed with the field names / IDs, it can cause problems.

If 1 doesn't work,

2. Delete the question that isn't working from the admin panel, and then recreate it. Update the live code on the site.

If 1 and 2 doesn't work,

3. Try creating a new form.
