All of the form results are supposed to go to the email address specified in the form, however; they go to the account holder's email. I have checked all of the forms and they all go to the correct person.

Good Day,

You are likley mixing up different code for different forms in the account. Set the send to address under the control panel, and then recopy and paste fresh code to your site. This should resolve the issue.
