I have gotten multiple clients tell me in person and call my shop saying that they havent received emails back or that they get errors when they try to use the form. This is only the people that have reached out to us, who knows how many clients we have lost since we switched to this form. We have gone through all the steps so that it doesnt filter to junk or spam and checked those folders. For whatever reason some clients just get errors.

Low and behold when I tried to use your form to contact yall about the issue. it said your form wasnt working and gave me an error. Please cancel and refund my account
