We recently did a six-vacation giveaway and used a MyContactForm for the entries. Some people (a tiny minority) got error messages and were unable to enter. The error messages concerned the URL from which messages are sent: [img]https://www.facebook.com/messenger_media/?thread_id=1388400542&attachment_id=1085500715249464&message_id=mid.%24cAAAAAH3e265-a_hNd14OrME4uGV1[/img]. I have fixed that URL at least three times and most people have used the form without issue but some still encounter the error. I told them to clear cache (using ccleaner) but it still happens. Help!

Please try leaving the form location setting blank. (Edit > Basic Form Information)
