I've had 3 clients email me this recently:
"Hi James,
I keep getting an error when I submit the form. Info provided below in case the completed form is not getting to you."
I then test it out and it works for me. Not sure what to do... please help! |

I am having an issue with http://supercarweek.com/registration It seems if the sender is using Google Chrome Browser, when submit is clicked they get a message that there is no URL page as is supposed to be there. When I fill in the form on any other browser of phone or tablet its unless ts a Google product. Is this an issue that can be fixed. Its been this way for 6 months. |

It looks like you have a form location error. If you go into your setting (Edit > Basic Form Information) and leave this blank, it will resolve.

I was suffering from form errors, suggesting the form needed to be located where it was - huh! I had listed the exact web address correctly however this was throwing an error.
Leaving this blank:
"OPTIONAL: What web address(es) will this form be located (include filename)?"
fixed my issues - thank you Nick |
