We are not receiving the forms that are shown as going out. Our email provider is now telling me that mycontactform.com's IP address (148,62.60.224) has been blacklisted for spamming on several trackers including cloudmark and Sorbes. There is no way that i can fix this.. they recommend that this site has to reach out to the blacklisting companies and clear their name. Is this something that you can do? We've had no issues for the almost 10 years we've been a premium member but now nothing is coming to us.
From our provider (intermedia): we found that unfortunately, that source IP address in question, is listed on 2 of the spam vendors RBL's (Realtime Blacklists).
-Unfortunately, when a sender is listed with multiple RBL's, including two of the anti-spam vendors we use as part of our robust Email Protection system, Intermedia cannot submit remediation for them. The sender, mycontactform.com, needs to cleanup their reputation and request RBL removal themselves. |
