When receiving the contact form email it currently uses EST time.
I'm in the UK and wonder if this can be changed to GMT (London UK) and date DD/MM/YYYY

Example
Sent: 10/11/2006 at 6:36:0 EST from 213.83.93.226

actual time and date 11/10/2006 at 12.36

This is a feature that we are looking to implement for the next update (scheduled for end of November).
