Blocking IP for this spammer is futile battle - please help!

I'm get a ton of spam forms and each one has a different IP address ... all of which I have been able to trace back to a specific company in Israel ...

I have blocked each IP address as they come in but obviously this is a futile battle ...

Is there any way of blocking an entire country from submitting forms or is there anything else I can do to prevent this?

We are currently working on a new update which will include:

1. Keyword blocking
2. Email Address blocking
3. Visual verification (type in a random code to send form)

This all should be available within 2 months.
