Hi
Is it possible to add my name Art Kavanagh to the email address (ifn2@eircom.net) from which is sent the autoresponse message. Hotmail have designated emails from ifn2 as High Risk! I am in contact with them also.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The real problems lies with Hotmail's over zealous email filtering which tends to go a bit overboard on the spam detection.
