Can anybody help me please. When i send my form using the HTML format the form works but i receive a blank email, without the order details - to form sent to the person submitting the form receives their confirmation ok. If i send the form in the PLAIN TEXT i receive the order, BUT this is not a clear format to read.
Has anybody else experienced this, HOW DID YOU SOLVE THE PROBLEM? would be grateful to find know.

This sounds like an issue with your email client not being able to properly read HTML formatted messages. Are you using a software based client (such as Thunderbird, Outlook, etc.) or a web based client (Hotmail, gMail, etc.)? If you are still unable to make it work, I suggest just sending the form submissions in plain text.
