It says that I need to specify a subject for the form?

This error means that the form submitter did not input a subject for the form submittal. If there was not a place to input a subject for the form, it means that the form has not been configured correctly, or that the html for the form has been altered outside of the myContactForm.com user interface.

It is important to note that if your have changed the subject settings from the myContactForm.com user interface, you need to re-copy and paste the HTML for your form to your web page.
