I've read around a bit and read the FAQ when it comes to this issue but nothing seems to help. When people submit forms they don't get sent to my email address, and at first the confirmation email that the people sending the form wasn't being sent either. I did two tests and on one of them, I got the confirmation email but I didn't get the form for either.
I've checked my junk mail, double checked my email address on Form Management, copied and pasted the html again into the webpage and prayed. But nothing helps. It's been several hours since the original form was sent by my friend, and still nothing has arrived. I also checked on the form management and they are being registered by the website, they're just not getting to me.
Also, as I keep having to do test forms, I'm wasting my forms.
Help much appreciated! |

If it is registering in the sent queue from the myContactForm.com admin panel, then it is being sent. It is a case of your email provider failing to get the message to you (most likely because of poor spam filtering). This is pretty common, especially with Hotmail. You will need to contact your e-mail provider's technical support to resolve this issue.

Yeah, it works fine now that I've changed it to my gmail account. |
