I've added about 4 emails addresses to my send form to, and it tells me that the emails have been sent and they need to send a confirmation, but they are not receiving the emails. I've checked and as far as we know, none of them have a filter or anything blocking their email, but they aren't receiving the email, so I can't add them and can't send the forms to them. Any help would be appreciated. |

99.9% of the time when this occurs, it is due to incorrect SPAM filtering. Please check your spam settings, and whitelist info@mycontactform.com and anonymous@mycontactform.com if your software allows it.
