				| I signed up a client whose email has changed (actually, the email is pending MX record changes).  Your premium client tried accessing her account and but had forgotten her password.  She requested the password, but her password was sent to a defunct email address. 
 I know client's original password and login - how do we go about gaining access to her account once again?

				| When the new password request is put in, the old password is erased, and a new one is generated in its place.  Unfortunately, at this point there is most likely no way to access the account without having access to an email address listed under the account.  What is the username for the account, and I will check and see exactly what email addresses are associated with it.

 bdrc is username - but I don't think there is another email address associated with the account.
