The page it occurs on is:
http://mycontactform.com/panel/edit_questions4.php
And on that page it states:
Couldn't Execute Query 2 |

We can't seem to replicate the error ourselves but will continue to investigate.
Busterbry,
please post the online location of the form you are getting the error with as will as the question that is causing the error.
Thanks,
Nick Ladd

I think the problems has do to the quotation mark in the title. This is a bug on our part that we wil fix soon. For now however, I'd recommend just leaving out the quotation mark. If this doesn't work, drop the dollar sign too. Please let us know what happens when you do this.
Thanks,
Nick Ladd

I've been encountering this problem as well and the only non-alpha/numeric character I'm using in the form is a hyphen. Any update on fixing this problem? Any suggestions?

Please give me more information about what is happening. I need you to be very specific in order to figure out the problem. Please post:
1. The name of the form giving the error.
2. What you are doing when you get the error (creating a new form, edit a specific question (give names), changing a different setting on the form, etc.)
Thanks,
Nick Ladd
