My email address is example@sitex.mobi, which is not regonised as a valid email address in the form set up. I guess this is because of the mobi.

Is there a get round for this?

The .mobi extension should work. The only other reason for you receiving the error would be if the email address you are entering does not have a valid DNS record.

I tested the example@sitex.mobi on my own account, and it seemed to function.

Thanks Nick... you are correct, the email address was brand new and did not have a valid DNS function. Very Happy
