Hello, I cut and pasted my form onto my site, uploaded it, and it is showing up on my website in html format.
The program I used to create the site is Trellian WebPage.
Thank you,
Rebecca |

Look for a section within the HTML editor that allows you to directly paste the code into the site's HTML code. If you cannot find something like this, try looking for a 'paste special' or 'paste HTML' option.

Hi, Nick,
I do not know why, this is not working. I went into the help area for Trellian, followed their instructions exactly: there was an html markup dropdown, I first had to save the html code to a separate folder, which I did, then I selected it on the dropdown, it inserted, I re-published my site, the html code is still showing up online for my site.
Thank you,
Rebecca |

This sounds like an issue with the CMS you're using. Have you also tried clearing the cache on your web browser and then reloading the page? (to do this, go the the page, hold the Shift key and then press refresh).
