The background color on my forms is black and I have never changed

I need some more information to diagnose the issue. What is the:
1. Name of the form experiencing this issue.
2. The location of a live hosted version of this form.

It looks like the error was caused by a small bug created in the last update. I have fixed this. If you generate new HTML for your form, it should display correctly.
